Summary: I managed site operations and crowd flow for over 155,000 people with fire safety considerations.
The festival takes place in Bayfront Park and packs in 8 stages within 32 acres in the heart of downtown Miami. Ultra holds a high standard for the level of guests it attracts for its VIP & bottle service clientele. The VIP structure is a unique experience project managed by myself over the years from design to day-of-show operations.
